It's really heartwarming to see them being happy and you truly can't help but to congratulate them because you know that they've finally made a vow with that person to love each other for the rest of their life.
...Then you also realize that you and your friend won't ever be the same again.
Sure, you'll still be friends. Fortunately.
But... you just know that the innocence of youth is now gone.
It's such a weird feeling.
I now wonder where I'm headed with my life.

What the hell is going on?
Work's suddenly turned into a firing zone -- two of our shifts, probably one of the best employees we've got in that damn store are gone within a day's time. No warning. No sort of information. It's hella confusing and actually kind of upsetting. I miss Flo already, the fact that she let Rus go raises all sorts of eyebrows and makes me actually consider requesting a transfer if this is how things are going to continue. My best friend is on his last write-up, and I can't even begin to comprehend what exactly is going on.
Things are kind of confusing as hell as far as work goes. I'm trying not to think about it too much, else I might keep considering finding another store to transfer to. I'm scared. :\
I have the new Star Trek XI soundtrack on YouTube, but I would love an MP3 version. Yes. I am that big of a friggin' dork. But this music is so god damned AMAZING. It makes me want to go beat the shit out of some Romulans, or something. Maybe not, but it certainly makes me want to go out and do shit. I obviously need this soundtrack. :\ Michael Giacchino is my homeboy.
RPing has been...strange lately. =_=;; I'm sorry for any of those who are putting up with me. I've been having this odd sort of block against making journal entries and playing my characters. :( I'm trying to fix it, and it's not working. My writing has been suffering. I obviously fail at life.
My brother's friend has been here the last few days. He makes me raise a few eyebrows just because of how good of friends he is with my brother. I don't really trust him, and I'm not sure why. He just sends up all sorts of flares to me. :\
S'pose we'll see. This has been a confusing past couple of days.

- Woke up with a scratchy throat, which is usually a sign that I'm getting sick again.
- Coughing a lot.
- Still going out on site.
- It's been raining except when I want it to rain so I don't have to go out on site.
+ Boss is trying to take care of my ticket and tow fee.
+ Got Clonemander egg yesterday.
+ I like Haji!Arts.
+ Started Ar Tonelico II last night. Interesting battle system but you have to think fast.
Has anybody played I or II? I loved the first one, but I hear NIS did a sloppy translating job on II along with not fixing that crazy boss glitch. :C A shame because it's a really pretty game. (Their sprites have big, big hands though... and Croix runs weird.)
Eggs: Just pageviews are fine.
I'm keeping a slot open in case I run into the Manaphy Egg thing. (If you don't know about it, it works like the Little Man except you'd see a blue egg instead of the man.)

Was supposed to go have lunch with my mom today while my car got detailed. Didn't happen because she assumed when I said I was running late that somehow that meant that I didn't want to do it anymore, and I didn't say anything.
Was also supposed to go to San Antonio with the Repo Shadowcast this weekend, but because I'm a fucking idiot, I didn't realize my email wasn't delivering notifications for the board anymore and they all thought I'd blown them off and made alternate driving plans. There aren't any tickets left for the show, either. So I'm not going.
The trackpad on my laptop isn't working. Nothing happens when I tap to click and the buttons only work maybe half the time. I'm on my mom's computer now.
My parents care about me so much that even though I'm clearly upset and unhappy, they've chosen to totally ignore me. Thanks, guys. Love you too.
Whatever. I've kind of known for a while now that I'm not cut out to function in normal society. This just goes another step further to prove it.
